Function :Account & Project Manager
Main Tasks : Assist and proactively manage product delivery and projects.
Location : Bern-Lausanne
Superior : Chief Operations Officer(COO)
Tasks
The Account Manager is responsible of the following tasks:
Presales
Support the sales team for customer presentations, quotation and technical solutions.
Account Management
Technical customer support on product sales(consulting). Early identification of support requirements and management of customer support together with the development team. Promote further the customer's needs for triggering further sales of products or projects.
Project Leader
Creates conceptual and detailed specifications of the solutions based on OnYourMap products (Framework), in cooperation with the customer and the development team. Manage the project during the development phase, from the kick-off meeting until the delivery. Control of any changes (change management) and ensures compliance of all appointments.
Support
Supports customers in using our products and developed applications (on site or remote support). Consults on the choice of software products and data. Organisation of training courses and workshops.
REQUIREMENTS
You have a broad IT know-how and, ideally, experience in development. You need a good, if possible, long-‐ standing background in account management together with administrative as well as technical project management.
You are open, outgoing, resilient, motivated and goal oriented. You are very team-minded and communicative. You like to be in contact with national and international environments, interacting with different level of a company (development team and management team). You will be the interface between the client and the internal development teams (Berne and Paris).
Languages: German, English. French would be an asset.
Computer science education is an advantage.
TECHNOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT
Development and sale of products based on the OYM framework and products.
Operation of the Products as SaaS (Software as a Service) on its own server systems in different locations (Bern, Paris, London, ..).
Solutions: Internet and Mobile Mapping & Routing (SDK), Call center integration, GPS tracking, Location-based Services (LBS)
Market segments : Telcos, Large Accounts, Logistics, Security
Operating Systems : Linux, Windows
Databases : MS SQL, Oracle
