New guiding service for Swisscom Fixnet
Swisscom Fixnet is going online with a new guiding service in cooperation with Novasys.
The Swisscom Callcentre 111 is now able to guide a client from its current location to any address. The roadbook information can be sent to the customer by SMS or e-mail. This new Swisscom directory service is based on the ASP-service Maponair of Novasys and is used by drivers and pedestrians.
