Novasys GeoPlatform V2 / Flash Mapping-Client

The development of the GeoPlatform version 2.0 has been finished and provided to first clients on the 1.7.2008. The extensions for the version 2.5 are in work and should be available approx. end of September 2008.

The version 2.5 contains the following new features:

• GetAddressesFromSelection (gets a list of addresses that fall within the specified selection.)
• GetAddressesFromRectangle (gets a list of addresses that fall within the specified rectangular geo-graphic area)
• GetAddressesFromCircle (gets a list of addresses that fall within the specified circular geographic area)
• GetAddressesFromPolygon (gets a list of addresses that fall within the specified polygon area)  

• GetPOIsByText (gets all POI’s fort he current customer, category and country that fall within the specified POI attribue text)
• GetPOIsFromPolygon (gets all POI’s for the current customer, categories and country that fall within the specified position polygon)
• GetPOIsAlongRoute (gets all POI’s of the current customer, category and country that fall within a previ-ously stored route)
• GetPOIsClusterFromRectangle (gets all POI's for the current customer, category and country that fall within the specified position rectangle in a clustered version)

• GetAreaFromRectangle (gets the area surface for the specified rectangle)
• GetAreaFromCircle (gets the area surface for the specified circle)
• GetAreaFromPolygon (gets the area surface for the specified polygon)
• GetPerimeterFromRectangle (gets the perimeter for the specified rectangle)
• GetPerimeterFromCircle (gets the perimeter for the specified circle)
• GetPerimeterFromPolygon (gets the perimeter for the specified polygon)

• SavePointsAsRoute (delivers a polygon based on a number of points)

• GetObliqueFromPixel (gets the URL of the oblique image for the given map pixel position)
• GetObliqueFromPosition (gets the URL of the oblique image for the given coordinate)
• GetObliqueFromObliquePixel (gets the coordinate from a oblique pixel position)
