Swisscom Fixnet is going online with a new guiding service in cooperation with Novasys.
Maponair POS / PORTAL
Locations such as offices, shops and real estate are displayed over an Internet link on web-pages and Internet portals. The users are able to navigate through these maps with zoom-in / zoom-out and pan tools. Aditionally a route can be calculated between two locations.
Maponair is valuable for use within call-centres for the calculation of routes and navigation (guiding) of clients.
- Search of the nearest points of interest with Maponair CityFind as an added value directory service.
- Output of the results via Internet, MMS, SMS and voice (IVR or call-centres).
Clients of our Maponair services are companies in varying fields which aim to inform their clients of office locations (Store-locator, FilialFinder) as well as Internet sites (real estate, guides, tourism, cities, communities) and call-centres.
